What a decision costs
Jev reads the prompt and the questions built from your schema in one pass and returns a probability per field. You pay for the tokens it reads. Output tokens are free.
Prompt size in the table means instructions, input and schema questions together. A short support ticket with a paragraph of instructions is about 500 tokens.

How billing works
Credit is prepaid and drawn down per call. There are no seats or monthly plans.
Pick a pack on the Billing page. Stripe Checkout shows two lines: the credit and the 5% platform fee. Credit is added when Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.
Each Jev call is charged by its input tokens. Each OpenRouter step is charged the cost the provider reports. Each call is rounded up to the nearest billionth of a dollar.
One final call may take the balance below zero. After that, requests return HTTP 402 until you top up. Your data stays where it is.
They run on OpenRouter and unlock once Stripe confirms your first purchase. The starter credit covers Jev only.

Questions
Is there a free tier beyond the starter credit?
No. The $1 credit is about 47,619 decisions at 500 tokens each, enough to build a classifier, review a batch and replay a ton of prompt versions.
Is there a markup on inference?
No. OpenRouter's reported cost is what we deduct, and Jev is billed at TypeSafe's published $0.042 per million input tokens. The only fee is 5% on each credit purchase, added at checkout.
What does a pipeline run cost?
The Jev decision inside it at the rate above, plus each encoder and decoder step at OpenRouter's price for the model you chose. Every run stores a per-step trace with token counts and cost.
Can I get an invoice?
Stripe emails a receipt for every purchase, with the credit and the platform fee itemized. If you need an invoice with company details, or want to buy more than $100 at once, email hello@unsure.dev.
Are refunds available?
No. Credit purchases are final.
